Guest can expect an array of popular local Malaysia dishes such as Kari Kepala Ikan Merah (Red Snapper Fish Head Curry), Rendang Tok, Bakar-bakar Seafood and Assorted Meat, Satay and Lemang with Serunding Ayam & Daging and many more along our 100-metre buffet spread. Across the Sumatra, Sulawesi, Java and parts of Borneo, guests can expect our Indonesia cuisine representation such as Soto Betawi, Sup Tulang Rawon, Nasi Uduk, Daging Dengdeng Berlado, Pecel Lele Kuah Santan, Paru-paru Sambal Terasi, Ayam Bakar Taliwang, Gulai Daun Singkong and many more, while you witness our chefs create dishes ‘live’ at our cooking stations for a whole new dining experience that engages your attention and heartily satisfies your appetite.
