Vivo Watch 3 Review: Feature-Rich with Outstanding Battery Life

When smartphones first entered our pockets, few could have predicted just how much they would change our daily lives. And yet, we seem to be repeating history, underestimating the transformative potential of smartwatches. These stylish, powerful devices are fast becoming indispensable, capable of offloading many tasks while keeping us connected and informed on the go.

With the growing popularity of smartwatches, several brands have tried to strike the perfect balance between form and function. Many have come close, but the competition has now shifted into higher gear with the introduction of the vivo Watch 3,

Design & Durability

From the moment you unbox the vivo Watch 3, it’s clear that design is at the forefront. It boasts a stunning 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a crisp 466 x 466 resolution and an always-on display function. While compact, the display delivers all the essential information clearly, with vivid colors and smooth performance, no stray pixels or visual imperfections in sight.

What might surprise you is the watch’s durability. Unlike many smartwatches that embed the screen for added protection, the vivo Watch 3 opts for a slightly protruding design, adding a sleek, modern edge. The casing is made from aluminum alloy, and the display is fortified with Schott Up, giving it resilience against everyday bumps and scrapes. Plus, with a 5 ATM water resistance rating, this smartwatch is good to go in up to 50 meters of water—perfect for swimming or braving rainy days.

The watch also features an aluminum alloy crown that functions as a button, with another button just below it. The crown allows for smooth navigation through menus, eliminating the need to endlessly swipe the screen, while the lower button gives quick access to fitness tracking.    `    `    [,=761

Users can select between two stylish strap options: Moonlight White leather or the more sporty Asteroid Black rubber. Both are comfortable, and with a quick-release mechanism, switching between them is a breeze.

Battery That Was Built to Last

A standout feature of the vivo Watch 3 is its impressive battery life. After a full charge, it lasted 14 days on regular use,  Even with eSIM activated, the watch delivered a solid seven days of use—plenty of time for all but the heaviest users.

A Fitness Lover’s Dream

One of the Watch 3’s main attractions is its advanced fitness and health monitoring system. Equipped with an "advanced multi-channel star ring health monitoring" system, the watch offers eight channels for heart rate tracking and 16 channels for blood oxygen monitoring. In addition, it tracks your stress levels, breathing patterns, sleep cycles, and more.

The watch’s PPG heart rate sensor is powered by an innovative algorithm that offers precise readings, whether you're at rest or in the middle of a workout. The sensitivity is impressive, detecting even subtle differences in activity, like switching from a casual walk to a brisk one.

The vivo Watch 3 supports over 100 sports modes, including running, cycling, swimming, badminton, and more, making it perfect for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Final Thoughts

Overall, the vivo Watch 3 is a sleek, technologically advanced wearable that excels in fitness tracking and offers long-lasting battery life. For those deeply invested in their health or already using a vivo phone, it’s a great accessory.
