JimBARan Lounge invites guests to dine in AYANA's stunning open atrium while indulging in the Chef’s curated Iftar menus featuring Arabic or Indonesian classics. The Arabic feast spotlights traditional Takjil, including Dates, Lebanese Cheese Rolls, Beef Kibbeh, Tabouleh, Hummus for Appetizers, and Charcoaled grilled Shish Tawouk, Beef Shish Kebab, Lamb Chop, Tiger Prawns, Lamb Ouzi and Rice Kabuli for mains. The selection includes Lamb Ouzi with various cuts starting at IDR 12.000.000++ for a whole lamb or IDR 6.000.000++ for half; Kambing Guling available in several cuts, Ayam Kodok at IDR 450.000++ for an entire chicken and much more.
